The house offers a spectacular, panoramic view of the sea and islands. We enjoy great sunrises and sunsets during the year. We are also close to Tingwall pier where you can visit the islands of Rousay, Egilsey & Wyre.

Our 16'semi-v lureboat captures the best in lure boat design and has been equiped for fishing the lochs and inshore bays for brown and sea trout.

The view from the house is one of the best in the Orkney West Mainland, making Evie a regular choice of venue for holiday makers & visitors.
All rooms have quality solid oak furnishings. Each room offers a king size bed, good quality Egyptian linen & bedding. We provide goose feather all-weather downies - up to 13.5 tog, so you can be assured that your room will be comfortable and give you a good night’s sleep. A suitcase stand, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe is also provided. Where – non-allergenic pillows are needed, we have these too.

The en-suite offers a spacious shower base with powerful shower unit, heated towel rail, wc & wash basin. All ensuites have underfloor heating.
We have ample parking for guests.
Relaxation, we have tea & coffee available as required, a reading vestibule, TV area upstairs and lots of books covering a variety of tastes in our spacious hall. The lounge has 2 large sofas, houses Jim’s Hi-Fi and extensive jazz collection amongst our other tastes in music.
