Food
We only use best local produce, from certified & organic farms and sea fare. We use mainly seasonal vegetables. Photos show, platter of lamb with mushrooms & red cabbage, poached side of salmon, pasta & tomato with fresh basil, rib roast of beef, carved roast chicken with orange sauce. We also cater for differing tastes and dietary needs. Please advise us of any particular dietary needs you may have.

If you fancy eating out, you won't go far wrong by looking on the Orkney Tourism website. The main hotels and restraunts provide a variety of local fresh food. Orkney also has some restraunts providing a good choice of international cuisine.
